Why Strength Train

Believe me when I say that strength training is one of the most powerful things a woman of any age can do to stay healthy, strong, and energized. And the best part? It’s never too late to start!

Top Reasons to Strength Train with Us:

  • Build muscle, boost metabolism, and support healthy weight management

  • Strengthen bones, improve heart health, and enhance posture

  • Boost balance, mobility, energy, and mental well-being

  • Relieve stress, improve sleep, and slow the aging process

  • Feel empowered, build confidence, and connect with like-minded women

Why Train With Us

Our Small Group Coaching sessions are designed to help you get progressively stronger over time with expert guidance, structured programming, and a supportive environment.

Our approach is built around kind, compassionate coaching that meets you where you are, while helping you grow stronger and more confident every step of the way.

  • Progressive Programming: Every session follows a structured plan that’s focused on helping you build strength, improve fitness, and progress steadily over time.

  • Individualized Modifications: All exercises are tailored to your current ability, ensuring you can participate fully and progress safely at your own pace.

  • Expert, Compassionate Coaching: Whether you’re completely new to strength training or already experienced, our knowledgeable coaches guide you with care and precision, focusing on technique, safety, and progression.

  • Small Groups, Big Support: With a maximum of 9 participants per session, you’ll receive plenty of attention in a friendly, encouraging atmosphere.

  • Turn Up, We’ll Handle the Rest: The hardest part for you is booking your session and showing up. We’ll guide you through every step from there so you leave feeling accomplished and empowered.

If you’re ready to train with purpose, progress steadily, and feel supported every step of the way, we’d love to welcome you to Freedom Fitness.

See you in the gym,

Karen and Co.

I get it. You want to get fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident. But you don't know where to start. Or maybe you do, but you are terrified to do so? Take these next simple steps:

Step 1: Book a Call
Book a complimentary call with gym owner, Karen, where we'll chat about your health and fitness goals, the challenges you are facing, and what you hope to achieve. We'll explain how our gym works, how we can help you achieve your goals, and ultimately help you decide if we are a good fit for each other. Every question you've ever had about our gym will be answered from the comfort of your own home.

Step 2: Take a Tour
Following our call, we invite you for a free personal tour of the gym with one of our coaches. This is not a workout, so there will be literally no sweating at all. It is just a simple meet and greet, where you'll see the space where you'll be training and just how welcoming it is for yourself.

By the end of these two simple steps, you will have a clear picture of how we can help you become fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident, in a fun, friendly and welcoming environment!
